Dear Bryan

I have a problem with silver dollar. I have $350 in my casino account at their casino acct# sdr00164847, they locked my account while I was playing before 1 week. I e-mailed them and they told me that there is no problem in my account, they said that they reset my account and I will have now access to it again, I tried to login but my account is still locked. I e-mailed them another time, and they asked me for the last 4 digits of my credit card numbers, and I gave them to them and then they replied that my account is now opene, and I tried to log in but my account is still locked and I cannot access my money. I then phoned them to Antigua and they asked me another time for the last 4 didgits of my credit acrd numbers and I gave them to them and they said that there is no problem in my account and they reopened it, but still the account is locked!!! and I could not open it. I then remailed them, but now they stopped answerin g my e-mails, and my $350 are lost!!!!!!! They stopped answering, What kind of cutomer service is this!!!!
