    Complaint : Never received my winnings of $420. The casino is teporarily closed, "technical difficulties"

I further agree to be truthful and honest in my communications with the OPA. I understand that by misleading the OPA in this matter could result in my membership being cancelled in the OPA. I further agree to release all terms of any settlement agreement with the OPA I further agree to reimburse the OPA for any out of pocket expenses concerning this complaint. I also understand that this complaint may be posted or broadcast by the OPA

    One of our members has filed a complaint with us against your casino. We have found that most of the time this is a simple misunderstanding between a player and the casino and is quite often easily resolved.
