Hello,

I see sun palace is in reservation, and the reason i downloaded it is because they offer live dealer roulette which is rare for us on the US side

reviews? anyone have experience? thanks

Grande vegas seems to be the only live dealer US accredited. But since they dont accept NY im curious to hear sun palace experience if anyone has any. They are in reservation and definitely not rogue.....I want to play some live blackjack and some roulette. Ive read horror stories about 5dimes so I wont touch it.

Any sun palace players here?

I think Sun Palace (Mainstreet Group) were only un-accredited several years ago because they used to take 3 weeks to pay their players.
I believe they are much faster now, and IMHO they are definitely a safe place to play and no-where near a rogue operator.

Thanks kasino king. I will try their live casino this weekend and see how it is. By the way, you are right, according to this site they were unaccredited due to time to pay but they are still recommemded by the meister for US players. Live blackjack seems more appealing to me than rtg blackjack

Also I think the reason why Mainstreet Group (Sun Palace) didn't manage to make it into the accredited casino recently is because they have unfair bonus rules. I believe they had 100x wagering requirements for non us players:eek::eek: They should be fine for US players.

If you play there let us know how you get on yanks:)

Yes, you're right - thanks for the reminder!
I think (again - but I'm 99% sure) that Bryan was considering them for re-accreditation late last year - but they failed on that. *

WR for USA and Canada residents (real series slots play) is (D+B)x30, for everyone else it's (D+B)x200!
I actually tackled the rep about this when I met him at LAC in February this year; he just shrugged his shoulders and said the owners aren't interested in non-north-American players.
Seems a very bizarre stand-point IMO, but it's their prerogative.

{Edit} * Yes, that was the reason they failed their BBF.

Bryan's final decision is in post #80.

The silly thing about this whole saga is if they were upfront and excluded non-North-American players outright they would have made the accredited list. They should take a leaf out of Slots.lv's book:)

sun palace live dealer section: is this an actual casino or just a table in a room at their office? lol............im going to give their live blackjack a go friday

I think CM is unfair in his decision due to exactly what you just said. If you can ban countries, US or non-US, why is there a problem when you do less-than-ban, aka increase WR?

They were not upfront about it. They just increased the WR to 100x I believe for non-US players. They do take players from outside the US. I have quoted Bryan's reasons behind not having them accredited.
Other casinos ban the US for legal reasons and because their software provider does not allow them to operate in certain jurisdictions. This is completely different from increasing the WR IMHO.

"The Main Street Group was listed in our Accredited section for a number of years until the US market bottomed out. These RTG powered casinos and have been under the same owner/operator for over a decade. Anyway, their payments for winnings slowed down which prompted a number of complaints concerning their inability to process cashouts expediently - thus they were removed from the Accredited section.

Nevertheless, their treatment towards players has always been in sync with Casinomeister's philosophy statement (listed here).

They tried to come back via the Baptism by Fire section in the Spring of 2013, but their bonus terms are a bit unfair (IMO) for non-US/non-Canadian players, so I feel it's best to list them in the Reservation section.

US and Canadian players may find them amicable - everybody else should just avoid their bonuses."
