Just got a DO NOT HONOR message when I tried to deposit at Mandarin Palace. Have never had a problem over the pass year. Chat told me that there is a problem between bank and processor. Not looking good for us USA guys!

Seems to be a problem which has just cropped up today. I have refrained from depositing for 3 month but decided to give BetPhoenix another try today. They cannot take a credit card either, but she told me to go to western union and send them the money and they would refund my fee. It worked out great, although it took a bit longer.

Inetbet, Mandarin palace, 3 dice, not taking Netspend. Are any Visa's working?

I got a gift card the other day and surprisingly, was able to use it at High Noon.

It was a Visa "Gift2Go", gift card.
Issued by Silverton Bank.

Maybe, this particular gift card would also work at InetBet....?

*Also ~ something I have done in the recent past, using my NetSpend Card.
I opened a 'virtual' card account online, on the NetSpend website.
The 'virtual' acct. is linked to the funds in your NetSpend acct.
Using this, I only had like one 'decline' when using the 'virtual' account.
I have used it at Red Flush, Sloto, High Noon, CasinoShare and also to deposit into Quick Tender.

Hope this helps.... :)

Your card, be it an actual physical plastic card or a virtual card, will work at any place that doesn't code the transaction as gambling (VISA MCC Code 7995 [Betting]), which, as seen earlier this year by the actions taken by MasterCard, isn't necessarily a good idea. Thank the UIGEA for that one.

The virtual card referenced above is essentially the same as your regular NetSpend card - they are linked to the same account, and funds are spent the same way - the only difference is there is no card to use.

It would be good (and the transaction approved) if the MCC code was 6051 - which is essentially saying the charge is related to Money Orders/Travelers Cheques... but then, the transaction is still "iffy" because that's not the "true" purpose of the transaction.

It all depends on how "moral" the operator is. Ones who want your money will do anything to get it, including mis-representing themselves as someone else to fool the bank. Even reputable casinos, like those mentioned above, still have to say they are someone else to get transactions approved. For us, it's a matter of convenience. For the operators, it's a matter of "How long can we keep this up for?"

Only time will tell.
