Bulk emailing software

Hi guys

I need some recommendation with regards to a bulk emailing software package that I can use. Currently using AWebber and they are so strict with their policies that I am seriously looking for someone else. Any advice?

I use Topica for the newsletters. Unfortunately they get blocked by a number of servers. I started to use Vertical Response, but if you have anything to do with the casino industry, they don't allow you to send.
