Casino Rep Issue Rep for BGO

I already reported this a week or 2 back, and was told the new rep is soon to come aboard:)
For now we'll just have to settle for their own employees: and i can recommend asking for Andrew C., which is their customer services manager, and handled things for me just as well as Paul did:)

Just open chat or email them, saying you would like to speak to the man ^.^

I was told that there was a new chap on board, but I haven't seen him yet. I'll give him one last heads up.
 
Did he reply to you CM? I have an issue I need to speak to a BGO rep about. If there's not one I will have to look elsewhere.

Het mate, if it's urgent, please take my word for it and elevate your query to Andrew C. head of customer support: i got in contact with him by opening chat, saying that i wanted to speak to a manager, someone with some level of authority, to discuss a few things... This was quickly followed up by Andrew C., who then contacted my by email, and who turned out to be an excellent bloke, very quick and able to solve all my wishes, and i am kind of hoping he will take the position as Rep here :)

But i think that may be the fastest way to solve whatever issue you have right now, as that may be quicker then waiting for the rep to show up, or searching elsewhere.. :thumbsup:

Thanks I already tried spoke to someone called "RebeccaL" who said "I am the manager of customer services" and what she said would happen did not so I am trying other routes.
