So I just made my first withdrawal at Videoslots.
I've been waiting 2 hours now - there's definitely a pending period and a cancel button.
Neither is in line with their accredited casino review.
My account is verified.

It's no big deal - but offering 30 minute payments and no reverse time is probably what gave them the best review score on CM.

Their site does say up to 12 hours for payment to be processed, which is probably the correct time frame.

You should receive a seperate email with an explanation from the support team as well.

I did receive a message stating "connection problems" with Skrill.
I tried doing a deposit and it sent me straight to Skrill log-in.
It may effect outgoing payments only though.

I'm not sure why they reversed my payment though.
They could have just let it sit until systems were up and running.

Has anyone Withdrawn recently? I am verified but my first withdrawal has been pending for over 8hrs now, is this normal? reading threads thought they pretty fast even on weekends? maybe I misread.

Did you withdraw to an e-wallet?

If yes, contact Live Chat and they should sort it out for you.

I never wait more than 30 minutes for my withdrawals to hit my Ecopayz account, mostly it is 5-10 minutes only.

The only withdrawal method that isn't within the hour at Videoslots is standard bank withdrawals.

I did not realize they can no longer refund back to Visa Debit or credit cards in Canada so that's why it is just sitting there. Had to switch it to bank wire, I hear that's not very fast. Wish I had an ewallet now.
 
Ive made two withdrawal requests to date, and on both occasions I promptly received a confirmation email telling me that the withdrawal request was met and paid in full.

Add the fact that the customer service team are spot on and the almost limitless amount of games available, why would you want to play anywhere else?
