Misc Correction Slots Capital - too many issues for an accredited casino?

Hi there,

I am a VIP in Slots Capital casino, and I regret to report that the below statements are not (no longer?) true:

1. Reverse Time: 24 hrs - nope, my withdrawal requested on September 4 still showed as reversible today morning, September 9, even though I repeatedly requested my VIP manager to flush it.
2. Cashout Time: 24 - 72 hrs - nope, as my withdrawal requested on September 2 was paid only today, on September 9, after lots of complaints and reminders, while my withdrawal requested on September 4 is not yet paid and no payment date is specified despite numerous queries and reminders.
3. Manual Flushing Yes - for VIPs - see p. 1. Three emails to VIP dept with request to flush my withdrawals were ignored.

The above are only few of the "issues" (as they put it) that I happened to experience in this accredited casino during the last few weeks, but they are enough to make me wonder all sorts of things, like why somebody with lots of "issues" is still in business and what is the real problem behind all of the "issues"...

An update:

A brief update. The below statement seems no longer correct too because a rep called Andy just informed me that "the max withdrawal limit per week is $2000". With daily deposit limits of $5000 and weekly withdrawal limits of $2000 (which are not paid on time anyway!) it looks like a proper cashflow prob...

Payout Limits: There is a daily withdrawal limit of $2000. All payout's over $2,001 will be paid out via instalments not exceeding $2,000 per week for your first withdrawal and thereafter $4000 per week or as per mutual agreement with his/her personal account manager.

Does this really say you have weekly withdrawal limits of 2k and daily deposit limits of 5k?

Shouldn't a person be allowed to withdraw at least as much as they're allowed to deposit?

Hi! The quote is taken from the Slots Capital statement as found @ CM "Accredited Casino list" and refers to their w/d policy only. I do not know if deposit limits are announced anywhere but they can be seen once in the Cashier. Understandably though, I am more concerned with them retrospectively and with no warning changing the withdrawals limits...

Is it acceptable?

The longer this story goes on, the more I wonder how on earth this casino managed to make it to the "Accredited" list. It is September 14 today (12 calendar days since the original withdrawal request!) and I still did not get my money in full. And guess what? Now they attribute it to the fact that they were "having issue with e-wallet payments". The CS is extremely evasive too: I said that I have no problem to wait as long as they state the EXACT date they are going to pay, but they pretend to not understand my explicit question, responding with "we are good reputable company" and "we love our customers"... What a shame!

They managed to get accredited because they were awesome in the past. Many issues are cropping up and it does seem they are related to cashflow issues. I can definitely say they stuck to the statements you listed in your opening post till a couple of months ago. Then suddenly everything went south and they could only say that players 'will' get paid and have always been paid. To me, this is not a reassuring statement. Should their problems persist, other than simply voting with your feet, members should voice them out and start a debate on their accreditation status. 'Accreditation' is not lifelong lol.

People have to actually start complaining and then there needs to be an investigation before they're removed from the list.

I would say "Don't tell me you love me. It's creepy."

Is it possible they keep you coming back because your shirt's half open?

Hi there,

The max withdrawal limit for Slotastic, Grande Vegas, and Jackpot Capital Casino is $3,000 per week NOT $10,000

Our total allowed withdrawal amount per customer per week is $10,000 collectively.

However, our max per check is $3,000, one check per week/per customer.

Kind regards,
Yasmeen

Slots Capital NOT Reversible for 24 hrs

I made a withdrawal request on March 24th and today it is still reversable. That is 5 days, not one. It is not my first withdrawl and my docs were sent and approved ages ago. The times really should be revised for this casino.

I would contact vip support directly if general support is not giving you the results you need. 5 days is pretty long. I play all the time here. I never had one reversible for 5 days. I know they are going through some upgrade changes but personally I never had a issue with flushing a withdrawal. Generally it is reversible for 2 days. They used to flush it immediately but I don't think they do that anymore. My last 2 withdrawals were in the past few weeks and both withdrawals were reversible for about 2 days.

Thanks for the suggestion Billy. I have PMed the rep here and will see if that helps move things along. If not, I will try your suggestion.

Miamiclub is also having some withdrawal hiccups. The payments seem to generally take about 4-7 days. What i am wondering that this may be a problem in all deckmedia casinos. Meaning miamiclub, slotscapital, slotocash, desertnights, spartanslots, box24, blackdiamond. In any way thanks to the OP in bringing this matter to our awareness.

After viewing the forum a bit further, there seem to be a few processing issues in slotocash ;( I hope they get their act back together.

I was always treated EXTREMELY nice and perfectly by the Rep (Georgina) here in the forum. But yes, Withdrawals are slow. They used to be extremely fast for Slots Capital and Slotocash, Miami Club was always 3+ days.

Also CASINOMEISTER should correct the listing for Slots Capital. I sent a PM because i wanted to know how long cashouts usually take these days, and they told me 24h to verify and then up to 48h to be paid BUT! they also told me that there is no "MANUAL FLUSH" possibility through PM/VIP anymore because there payout times are good.

Just wanted to mention this so this can be corrected in the listing. If they really pay in 1-3 days, fine, that works.

Yes, please definitely update the cashout/reversal times on the accredited list .......because many a times that sort of detail influences a player's deposit and it should be as accurate and updated as possible.

Slots capital New Processor

Second withdrawal from slots capital since they changed to a new processor company. 7 business days no issues. Had my funds.
Not bad, Keep it up!:)
