I used the words "withdraw all my funds" and they said no problem. I'll deposit €50 anyway and see what happens. I've no credit card so have to transfer money from my bank account to neteller so will take a while before I find out.
btw - their live chat are very helpful. He was congratulating me on getting so much from the free chips.
