Speaking from experience, in many cases of player problems - players fail to do any investigating whatsoever on a casino, they just click some banner and off they go. What stops someone from Googling a casino name or software provider? That's how you know.

Google "futurebet", "online casino problems", "black widow casino problems", etc., etc., and you have a lot of information to deal with. But some people don't give a hoot how they throw their money around. I'm not trying to be critical - this is merely an observation.
