That "financial restructuring" sounds ominously like a euphemism for broke, and I have pressed Futurebet for details of arrangements for looking after the owed players in the event that this restructuring does not pan out. I've also suggested to them that it might be a good idea to communicate with their player base and let them know what's happening as developments occur.
BTW after doing some homework it appears that Pure Poker has not committed to the eCOGRA standards or seal requirements, so that avenue is not going to work, I'm afraid.
