This latest response from African Palace is unacceptable - if the casino sets the T&C's and if the player fully complies with them he is entitled to full payout.
This has been said ad nauseum on every major fora, but some of these operators still just don't (or won't) get it. The "spirit" of the bonus has nothing to do with it - we're dealing with specific numbers and amounts promised in return for certain actions, and if the player is within the casino's clearly stated boundaries he gets paid. Period.
What happens after that is up to the casino. If they feel the player is taking advantage of them then they can exercise their right to exclude him from further promos or even close his account. Or they can tighten up their T&C, or impose special conditions in respect of that particular player. All of these remedies are within their control.
But they first pay what they owe in terms of their own T&C.
Any other way of handling this is wide open to abuse by the casinos, and we see that abuse by disreputable and dishonest outfits far too often.
