I would suggest you to first file a complain with www.playtech.com before the 60 days rule applies.
Also, send the casino emails saying you demand your payment ASAP, bother them every week.
Thier policy is to hold payments for long time but eventually they pay.
Good luck and next time choose better your casinos.

ive played at a few playtechs and have always met cash-outs problems, although nothing on the scale of some of the complaints on here, i think the worst was golden palace which took 6-8 weeks, shortest monaco gold 2-3 weeks.
although these wern't too excessive waiting times, the problem i found and hated was the fact i had to jump through hoops to get my money, that i was given excuse after excuse and to be quite frankly honest i knew that when speaking to CS on the phone i was being fobbed off and lied too.
a quick look around a few sites soon told me i would get money, but to me any casino thats tries to stall payments is casino that doesn't want to pay, i'm not talking ID requests or the standard things here, but things such as being asked for your ID then being told they didnt recieve or they cant read it , can you send it again or emails just blantantly ignored.
although a casino that doesnt want to pay is not the same as casino that wont pay, the fact is if your ever gambling with anyone you should never gamble will someone who doesnt want pay, even if they always do pay in the end.
