I would also like more details, although I suppose since it's off, they can reasonably claim it's a non-issue.
I've now contacted SeymourPierce twice: I emailed two of the analysts with a handful of salient, corroborated and screenshot-proven facts two months or so ago when this matter emerged - and received no reply from either person. Today, I phoned up to ask if there was any publically airable information regarding the failure. I was put through to various people, the last one of whom took my number so that the person handling "Crystal", as she called it, could get back to me with whatever they'd be at liberty to pass on. As yet, nada on this score either.
I'm starting to feel ignored.

Thanks, Eek. Question for you: the fellow who was to take over as CEO was Vivian Imerman, chairman of Glaswegian whisky producers Whyte & MacKay. If I recall correctly, you are partial to the odd dram yourself, so: had this gone ahead, how would it have affected your enjoyment of the Amber Nectar, if at all?
