I fully agree the way this was dealt with was just plain unacceptable, and I can understand your frustration at not being able to get "your" money back. But I do think that perhaps writing defamatory language on the documents whould have pissed anyone off. Besides from my experiences with online casino's the documents don't go to the manager.
I do think you should take this matter further and I am sure that if it happened to me I would do the same.
