I realize homeless winos (like yourself?

) sometimes don't have the best reading comprehension, and it wasn't well-worded, but I think you misinterpreted. Try reading his statement:

(PS -- I don't know this FuzzyWuzzy guy. Honest. Really. No collusion here! Heheh.)
By the way... I do completely agree with you about aggressively pursuing colluders, and certainly this situation as presented was right to raise their suspicions.
But they need to be fair about it if they snare innocent people in their net.
And whenever a site (casino or poker room) refuses to supply hand histories, I have to wonder what they are afraid of revealing.
--------
And again, if the hand histories support accusation of collusion, great. Confiscate their money and kick them off. But then
give the ill-gotten gains to the cheated players. I wonder if any sites do that.
If they don't, it's like reporting a mugging to the cops. The cops catch the robber, and you say, "Great! Did you get my cash back?" And they say, yes.
And you say "Great! Can I have it?" and they say, sorry, you just bought donuts for the whole department.
