It's the hard to quantify qualities about 32RED that make it so good. Things like the time I claimed my 132 Match bonus on the 1st of the month, then they announced on the 2nd they were doing a special 320 Match for Christmas... So that's me stuffed right? Really nice bloke who owns an online casino and, wait for it, actually LISTENS to what his customers have to say - then acts on it. In fact, that's exactly the word... "Customers". It's about as close to that feeling you get in Vegas, where nothing is too much trouble, and they'll do absolutely everything and anything they can to help.
In my experience, they thoroughly deserve every single last piece of praise thrown their way - and are blazing a trail that I only hope all the rest will follow!
In fact, this post in itself says something I guess... I can't think of the last organisation/company I used that made me want to praise/stick up for them so much! I've not actually done too well online over the last few weeks, but that's down to my love of those damn slots!!!

As I said up there, I'll be sticking with the 32RED till my luck turns
