In my opinion, the ebook is worthless, scattered with just enough "common knowledge" info to make it seem helpful to people.
I sent an email requesting a refund, well within the 90 day period, explaining that the information simply was not useful or helpful to me in any way.
I got no reply.
I sent another, still within the 90 day period.
No reply.
I sent a third email. By this time, the 90 day period had passed. This is the email that got a response.
Giancarlo sent me a link that he said would initiate a quick and painless refund. I followed the link, filled out the request form, and a few days later got an email from clickbank saying that they couldn't issue a refund because more than 90 days had passed since the purchase date. They suggested that I contact Giancarlo again and ask for an alternate method of refund.
I emailed Giancarlo again, telling him what they said, and asking for a refund again.
He responded with a short email that stated, "I'm sorry. The money back guarantee is good for 90 days ONLY."
I emailed him again, telling him that I did request a refund before the 90 day period (twice, in fact) but that he didn't respond to my emails until after the 90 days had passed. I once again requested a refund.
He again replied, telling me the same thing as the previous email, but adding "All transactions are strictly automated and if you've exceeded the limit there is nothing I can do."

And therein lies the scam i guess. Bet that happens to everyone.

Granted, it's not a lot of money, but I'm doing this one simply on principle. If I had actually been late, that would have been one thing. But it is my opinion that this man intentionally waited to respond to me until after the 90 days.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them.
