After a comical number of e-mails and various excuses/delays they finally admitted that something had gone wrong with their software and gave me a massive $5 bonus to try out the game again. That one minute's play didn't really reveal anything more except that the software forcing you to go the cashier whenever your balance is below $5 is another appalling 'feature' they should fix.
They resolutely refused to let me see the logs but claimed that 'random checks' suggested everything was fine. That's a relief
