There was the recent case of that other crook operation Reef Club (CON clone); they flat refused to supply full play logs on player request - it took third party mediation to produce them. Nothing new here. They have the logs. They just don't want YOU to have them.
In an industry polluted primarily by crooks, noone should be surprised by crooked behaviour. It should be considered the norm.
