So now I transfered from the lottery tickets from reward riches:10 euro. I played, won a little. But my balance keeps saying only bonus.
Went to the live chat and asked about the wagering requirements.
He said I still had to wager 5400 euro.
I was stunned and said thats 540 times the bonus.
But the deal was I also have to fullfill the WR of my old bonus even if my balance was zero.
My question is this normal?
If thats the case at any other casino, once you take a welcome bonus and lose, you better not deposit cause you still have to meet the old requirements.

No, MOST casinos will NOT carry
WR over to a new deposit if a player zeroes out. It does not make sense to carry
WR with most current bonuses being -EV. Players will see that their
WR will simply build to an impossible level, and will even apply when they just make cash deposits.
In this case, it may be that the CS didn't know what they were talking about, so just made something up to the effect that what happened to you was normal, thus relieving themselves of the need to investigate if you swallowed their BS.
What happend here is yet another example of a two year old bug with the MGS bonus system. IF a BONUS chip is dropped into a zeroed account, but one where the funds were lost before
WR on a previous bonus was met, the
WR from the old bonus will be carried over, and added to the
WR of the new.
Sometimes, this error causes CASH deposits to part turn to BONUS funds where a previous bonus
WR was not completed before an account zeroes out.
Oddly enough, NOT zeroing out completely, but leaving a small bonus balance behind has the OPPOSITE effect, where a fresh cash deposit turns the small remaining bonus balance to cash, thus wiping out any carried
WR.
It seems that balances between 2 credits and a few "cents" are best for this, rather than 0.0
MGS have not bothered to look into this problem, even though they MUST know about it, since a case was taken to eCogra where a player zeroed out, deposited cash, and had some turn to bonus.
There are LOADS of unpatched errors in MGS software, and regular players have probably seen most of them at one time or another. They regularly introduce NEW errors, as well as old games. Relatively few errors seem to get fixed.
