Thank you for letting us know all about this information. All the more reason Most of the Rivals should be on the Rogue lists. Atleast they should come and answer for this to start with. When I was first Bonus banned I wrote to a few of the reps I found on here about it here and not one of them wrote me back.

Although slotto doesn't USE the database, I bet it CONTRIBUTES to it.

I believe Rival ALSO have a policy of bonus banning players SIMPLY FOR WINNING, even though they may well have kept to the other unwritten rules of the database.

This database is SHARED, even between UNRELATED Rival casinos. For example, those run by Silverstone Overseas can ALSO see what you are up to at those run by Bonne Chance, and vice versa. This database looks like it breaches privacy laws in the extent of data shared BETWEEN different operators using Rival software.

A simple exercise might demonstrate.

Add up your deposits at ALL Rival casinos (even Slotto), and then add up ALL your withdrawals.

Next, see if in total your withdrawals exceed your deposits, meaning that whilst you have lost in some Rival casinos, you have WON overall on the software. This, I believe, is why you are STILL flagged after months of play without bonuses at the others, your good fortune at Slotto may be keeping you ahead.

Solution - tell Rival casinos that bonus ban you that you will NOT play there any longer, you can labour the point about unfairness at individual Rival casinos you are DOWN at. Further, tell them that OTHER Rival casinos are STILL offering you bonuses, and these are the ones that you will continue to play at.

Currently - I bet many are thinking "what a mug - he continues to deposit believing he will somehow get back on the bonus list by showing loyalty, so we are making money - no need to offer him anything at the moment"

Many of the "secrets" behind this central database have been revealed, some directly, others by looking at cause and effect. One BIG cause and effect I have seen posted is that these bonus bans often follow on from a substantial cash-out at just one or two Rival casinos.

It looks very much as if they are operating as a "cartel", with there separateness not as "separate" as they would have us believe.

SlottoCash often gets the plaudits, and is it a coincidence that Slotto is about the ONLY Rival casino that is NOT part of this "cartel", but is genuinely run on the model of the operator merely LICENSING the software from the software vendor.

We would be pretty surprised if a player won a huge amount at, say, 32Red, and then found themselves bonus banned at OTHER Microgaming casinos as a result, even ones they were down at. With Rival, this is "routine", and merely produces the odd "bitch & moan", sometimes blowing up into a full Rant.
