The house is thirty years old, and the German winters have taken their toll. So it's a new roof, new installation (roof and every outer wall) two new windows and all the others replaced, new additional balcony, two others retiled, new stucco and paint. And guess who's giving 'em a helping hand
As for the "Schrank" (that's what they're called in German), it's actually stand alone furniture and it's pine.
