I am sure you MUST have received one..I have been at inet for only a few months and received a xmas . I think it was automatically posted to your account though not sure
And btw, dont know which email you use but you can add the address to you file of contacts such as
support@inetbet.com and it wont go to spam.Sometimes it comes from manager or promotions but if you catch it in spam just say not spam
