I still struggle with bet/raise amounts. A recent example in a NLHE tourney: I had pocket jacks, bet 3X big blind preflop and 2 other players call. The flop is Js, 5h and 8d so I went all in. This guy with a slightly higher stack calls me and wins with a small str8.
