Ok, it appears I was mistaken when I said we got a complaint "from them". It seems that the complaint came from the software provider, B3W, and it was apparently them that paid the player not First Royal. And apparently "B3W stopped contracting with First Royal Casino operators".
Ok, so it was B3W that did the right thing here, not the casino, in which case the Warning against the casino should stand but reference to B3W should be removed. Complicated business.
