Hey there, I used to play at Casino Tropez all the time. I did a few cashouts, the first time I had the same problem, my DL wasn't big enough, not light enough, not dark enough, they couldn't see my birthdate, I ran up and back from the post office about 20 x before 'I' finally got it right, and I mentioned that I belong to a popular Casino forum and had never heard of this, After that I got my money fast. The next time I did a cash out, I had no problems whatsoever as they told me, "We have all your docs so you dont have to resend them" The only reason I dont play there anymore is because last time I won I went back and right in the middle of my slot game, a rep had a pop up and started chatting away with me, completely interrupting my game. Everytime I tried to close the chat window, she did it again, so I finally said "Do you do this to all your players?" Pop up a chat for no reason when I am in the middle of a game!" Pissed me off so bad I never went back. On a good note, I did find that their games payed really good. And I almost always got up to $100 with a $20 deposit.
