Player came to us with the following issue:

I made a withdrawal of €650 on 29th of August ... and never heard from them since.
In spite of the player's many attempts to get assistance from the casino they never replied.

We tried to raise the issue with the casino and the casino CEO several times received nothing, not even an acknowledgment, in return.

Warning: FirstRoyalCasino.biz is approving payments and reporting them complete but never actually paying the player. We advise players to avoid FirstRoyalCasino.biz until further notice.
