Even if good companies have staff who screw up and get complaints they get retrained or fired. This even happens at stores. My husband is a supervisor for a chain of stores (just like a 7-11) and when they get complaints they go to the person find out what happend and go from there. Retrained/written up/etc....If the same person gets so many complaints they get fired. His boss is very strick on customer complaints, and you know why? Because it makes his company look bad if customers are complaining, and they will eventually go to another store.

So if certain casinos get so many complaints, it makes Bryan look bad for having them accredited. (in my eyes)
