But your answer from the first rep was vague...should have been more like "after you make $X in bets on slots". Please try to keep in mind that most casinos do not pay reps well and have high turnover, and not all casino reps are created equal. If you don't feel like your question has been answered satisfactorily, just keep asking. I never telephone, and always use livechat so there is a record of what was said. If they don't have a livechat, I don't play there.
And Casinomeister has the following criteria for accrediting casinos http://www.casinomeister.com/casinos.php

I agree with you, but here's how I think of it.
Being accredited is like a 5 star restaurant...if a 5 star restaurant had bad service it wouldn't be such a good restaurant. It would be a 2 or 3 star restaurant. The people who were giving the bad service would be fired, or possibly retrained.
If casinos don't pay their reps well and have a high turnover then why is that casino accredited?
I also wrote a quick email last night about 9 or 10pm EST (to see how long it would take to get a reply), it is now just about 8am and no response....again and this is an accredited casino?
