i was smart and kept the western union copys where i sent both partys money and also the emails asking for the money, also a email from christine(former manager of cirrus
aka victoria at cool cat) telling me how sorry she was for not paying me in the past but it was upper management and the owner who told them to screw players over
not all
rtg casinos are bad, i can name 3 i play at that do pay and dont ask me to pay them for sending me my winnings.
