I respect that and thank you. What I would like to know is how two people could possibly respresent the majority. It would take a fact finding mission that could very well be a bit involved and time consuming on the part of the two chosen people. Two well meaning folks (affiliate/player) could not possibly be expected to represent the numerous issues effectively. They would surely 'miss something' and the burden would be somewhat cumbersome for them don't you think?
The only way GW will put the past behind them and go forward is to just do the right thing henceforth. Simple really. They have been around a long time. I'm rooting for them.
With such a history, there really is no magical remedy, simply time will tell.
