Well, for me #3 is the most difficult rule to follow
Sometimes it's very hard to say yourself "Stop!" and make a cashout. I often imagine what I will buy for my relatives or for future Mrs. SlotMonster, and it usually helps
Glad for you that you at least "manage" to cashout from time to time
