I actually went over this with my brother lol. He knows I love this hobby but also knows I need a budget. Thats why my rolling is so low. This is what I do.
Rich is a roofer so my budget changes every week. For the most part, I keep my budget at around $300 a month in deposits. That is $10 a day at 3dice and if Rich has in extra hours, I put some in on
RTG or MG. That is why I use to gamble at Inet, because you can deposit as little as $2 (I do $5-$10)
If I get to $80, I cash out $50 of it and have fun with remaining $30 by either staying at 3 dice or QTing it and use some of it at the
RTG/MG. If I win more than $150-$200 I keep $40 or $50 of it and transfer some over. But Im pretty much a stickler that I must cashout $50 if I win $80 or more. Less, if I had no cashouts that week THere have been times where Ill deposit my $10 and be on a roll and not have to dep for 4 days, if that's the case, Ill use the money I didnt have to deposit to go out for dinner.
Now, If Im on a losing streak at the same time Rich doesnt have the extra hours, I put myself on a limit dep. Like right now lol. I can only dep $50 a week for the past 2 weeks. Thats going to be lifted today or tomorrow because of winning and extra income coming in this weekend. I have to do this because I know myself and will try to chase those losses. In that case, I do the free tournies and hope to win some to go to real, if not, I just wait for time to pass like TODAY!! yipeee..I can dep today. finally!
