2. WITHDRAWALS
A player is only allowed to withdraw up to $10,000/£10,000/€10,000 per month. (Defined by the currency of play.) If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $10,000/£10,000/€10,000 , then the remaining amount will be put back into the player's account, thus allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following month respectively

Yep, meets every aspect of a Contract for Gaming whether implied or expressed.

Granted one has the freedom of choice to patronize and possibly take the risk of granting credit to the subject casino (assuming one has the discipline to avoid the true intent). Regardless, it does not speak well for the online gaming industry. Implying no disrespect and/or offense to any forum member but if the 10,000 was amended to a 1,000, the same principle still applies and may be easier for some to relate to this issue.

For example: If a Player should choose to withdraw €20,000 this month, €10,000 will be withdrawn this month while the rest will be put back into the casino account. Next month, The Player will be able to withdraw an additional €10,000 should he chooses to do so

Kudos for at least having this term/policy in writing. That is better than some..... Ethics, intent, responsible gaming, etc. are another story. Would the gaming guru's of the world who stand for patron fairness and ethics such as the Stanford Wongs, LV BEARS et al justify the ethics and intent issues. I can not speak for them but I have a feeling it may differ from some of those in the online industry who have justified these issues in the past. That said, based on an unsolicited correspondence from
CM this summer, I believe that in due time he will devote more time to possibly (re)evaluating these issues that occurred in the past and seem to be a growing trend.

This also applies to the withdrawals of progressive jackpots.

Absurd, moreso than all the above, I doubt this makes for a "happy customer"
