I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding your issues with the software Laura, we suggest you delete your temporally Internet files, cookies and do a disk cleanup and you should not experience this issue.
1. Delete temporally Internet files & cookies
First open up your browser (Internet explorer or similar). Once you are in you browser choose 'Tools' -> 'Internet Options'. On the first page shown you find a button saying 'delete files'. Click on this and then on ok and you will delete the temporarily Internet files. Here is also where you delete your cookies. Click on this as well and then on ok
2. Do a disk clean-up
This you do by following: Click on 'Start' on your computer -> Choose 'All Programs' -> Choose 'Accessories' -> Choose 'System Tools' -> Click on 'disk clean-up'. A new window will come up, make sure every box available is ticked and then click on ok.

Now i did respond back saying i always and i do when i leave a casino i do a major clean up before i do anything else. I also told them it seems im not the only player with this issue so it couldnt just be my computer if they could plse check into this one more time.
