The e-mail should tell you the max for the 400% bonus. Coincidentally I just redeemed a 400% one today at Fantasy - it was deposit $15 & get $60 bonus max. WR = B x 15.
Most of their games are fairly low variance, but for doing WR I would avoid the progressives. All slots tend to be streaky by their very nature, so I hesitate to recommend any for you in case they're crap! But my favourites are Oktoberfest, Shopping Spree, Atlantis & Eureka! (Love that game!
