He's a funny guy. And it's true. He cracks up at his own jokes (as I do by the way - I'm funny too ). But he's adamant he hasn't done anything wrong. We had dinner together last year in Barcelona, and I asked him about flying to the States - he said he's been there a couple of times since the new US laws - no problem.
This industry is a small one - it'll be interesting to see when and where he'll pop up next.

I recollect you posted this before but I read to the contrary on or about the same time of your original post. Maybe, it was in some of the motions I read awhile ago or reports pursuant to his possible required appearance in Las Vegas for a hearing in the patent case. I do not remember the direct source and wish I had the time to find it. I do remember the implications that he had not been in the States prior with a specific reference to his stomping ground of Vegas and the assumed possible consequences if required by the Court to enter the States. I will take the time to search Norm's columns in the Las Vegas Review Journal to see if their is any mention of Calvin being spotted in Vegas where he was never known for maintaining a low profile....Maybe he came in drag, lol!!

....FTR, I only had time to read the first 2 pages of the current article!
