If you're winning, keep playing until you feel the house edge kicking in and then stop and cash out.

Quit while your ahead. This is a really difficult lesson to learn, but really important, if you don't quit while your ahead or at a certain point of losing, 9/10 you will get your arse kicked by the casino.
