Tell me what you think (BingoPalace) Is it a scam?
Bingopalace is a casino I just joined within the past month. I googled it and it seemed okay. I have only played a bodog so I wanted to get into the bingo thing cause I love bingo. Anyway I signed up and everything was fine. I like the games and it was fun but then when my spyware regular scan came on it showed bingopalace as malware. Then I notice something, The same persons would win day after day no mater what time it was. I have deposited over 500 over a three week period and would never win at all. I even maxed cards one time with only 8 players in the room. I had 1tg on 11 cards for 25 calls and did not win. The same player who always wins did again. That was strange to me. Anyway I contacted support because now I wanted to find out if there games were tested by any outside testers for fairness and this is the reply I recieved.

Does that seen to answer the question of if the system is tested from an outside source? I asked again and recieved the same reply. So I opened a ticket to ask for a refund per their policy if a customer is not satisfied with their service. I recieved two replies with similar responses and one offer for free bingo bucks. each time the ticket was closed without addressing the issue of dissatisfaction. Just so you know with my Bodog account I have never initiated a chargeback or anything like that ever. I understand that you win some and lose some. But with this it is really scary. I told them that I was initiating a chargeback with my bank if the issue was not addressed and my account was closed the next day with no further response. If you want I can send you copies of the tickets and transcript of the live chat so you will see what I am talking about. Cookie cutter responses and not addressing the issue. A big run around. Also If you can give me more info on the DCEG and Parlay software because that is the software they use, I will be most greatful.
