Breakaway yes, but Vip.com not, because they even offer more for your Comp Points for U.S. Players

The only thing, which is a very mysterious rule, is this one:

"If after 60 days of wagering your withdrawals exceed your deposits you will be considered a lifetime winning account. A winning account will be considered a non-recreational gambler and your wagers will not count towards VIPrewards points."
