I played last month, and was paid back to Neteller from deposits made from Neteller.
The problem seemed intermittent, and no satisfactory explanation was ever given by the rep as to why some players could not be paid back to the source of their deposits when it was Neteller, which is HIGHLY unusual for an industry that normally goes out of it's way to pay back to the method of deposit for "security reasons".
I have to presume that players are often lied to as to the reasons behind some of these odder decisions, as what they are told (and then post here) simply does not add up.
