I totally agree with the OP.
Rival are just shooting themselves in the foot with these needless delays. They are driving customers away, which anyone will tell you is not good business sense!

If it makes you feel any better, they treat affiliates the same way too. Nearly all my affy payments (except Sloto'cash) have been late by up to 13-days every month since January.

Blaming 'processor problems' is hogwash IMO. If Sloto, most MG's, all Crypto's, GV's, WagerWorks & 3Dice can all pay their customers well inside 48hrs why the hell can't these other Rival casinos?
5 months to sort out 'processor problems'??? Pull the other one!
