I am extremely disappointed to hear this feedback. I have spoke to TLC Marketing at length over the last couple of days to reiterate the importance of them providing the high level of service we demand. I believe the time difference between their main UK booking office and Australia has been a key factor in Australian players initially having difficulty contacting booking agents over the phone. I sincerely apologise for this and would encourage any Australian players to alternatively e-mail this specially designated e-mail address (which will be manned locally) with any booking queries going forward…
