ISSUE RESOLVED THANKS TO VIP SUPPORT!
This is the most ridiculous thing I have come across.
DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU GET TOLD BY THE SUPPORT REPS!

Robbie offered a 200% bonus on my next deposit of $200. His words, verbatim, were 'We can offer you a 200% reload bonus.... how much are you depositing?' I told him $200, and he said it would automatically be credited.
I accepted the offer and deposited $200. I ONLY deposited because of this offer, which sounded great. Only problem was, I only got 50%
When I questioned him about it (when he finally came back into support after trying to avoid answering my requests), he told me that that was only for poker! I neither play poker, which he could clearly see from looking at my account, nor did he specify the bonus was only for poker!
He admitted to making a mistake, but said it didn't matter as he doesn't have a contract with me.
Lesson: DO NOT trust these people!
