They (Interwetten) owe the player community a thorough explanation about what went wrong. One of the important aspects of proper casino management is to admit your mistakes when you make them.

I copied this from Bryan's post. This is another sad aspect of this case, the complete stonewall approach. I have used their Sportsbook and found them to be a well run company with good cs. It was a bit quirky but was a company I always liked. I had always been paid efficiently until this promotion.

The bottom line is Interwetten are a very successful and profitable company with around 500,000 customers. It is just a shame that when a bonus had got unprofitable for them they resort to this total non communication and denial.
