But surely this is enough evidence on its own for any gambler.
In replying, I looked at the Rogue list for Virtual, and they had opened a couple more casinos since I last looked, which was not long ago. Often spam is used as their marketing tool, and their main means of hiding is to repeatedly open new casinos (seems RTG licences are cheap enough to allow this without much outlay). This makes the rogue lists out of date, so a player may check and not see the casino listed, and will treat it as "unknown reputation", and perhaps believe they have the normal fair chance of it being OK given that very few are outright rogues. The rogues are tageting novice players, not the savvy ones who have developed a gut feeling for spotting when something isn't quite right, and checking into the less obvious, such as "Its RTG, so Rogue until proven innocent"
