I do not have a player account through any of the sites. My information was retrieved via opening an affiliate account for king solomons poker.

The account was opened for King Solomons casino. My problem with that is that I was posted an account with details.

That is shady selling if it is considered a sale. In general compliance terms you need an agreement with the customer. No agreement was requested nor signed. Agreeing affiliate terms has no bearing on the casino account opened.

I have no issue with the site using my address to send me offers but I do with an account being opened. I am dubious about the legality of this method. Either way, I think the casino should be more careful with their definition of "Offer"

Ive started back working on my Horse Poker site. For those who dont know, H.O.R.S.E is a game combining 5 different poker disciplines. Holdem, Omaha hi/lo, Razz, Stud & Eights or better (stud hi/lo)
