I am not able to help players win as i am sure Casino employees in Vegas are not able to help customers win and we can not select and choose who will win.
I am not going to debate the whole RTG slots are crooked as evereyone has their own opinion - what i want to try and understand here is why is the Casino being attacked like this ? Is it because one player is not winning ?
Is it because there are no shots of wins on the forum ?
Please help me understand . I have helped out a lot of players on this forum and hope to carry on doing so in the future but i am just not getting why the casino is being talked about like this ?
I look forward to hearing more about this

For starters, this issue was from last September, and only now do you address it. This was unwise, as this thread was long buried, and it's resurrection has done you no favours.
Another pressing issue is opening accounts for players WITHOUT their permission at other group casinos, and then sending them their username and password along with their opening offer. This is bad, because it puts the cart before the horse. It should be up to the player to see what is on offer, and then open an account if they see fit. This also allows them to open an account through an affiliate of their choosing, which could support a site they patronise, or even get them an alternative offer.
Your group did this to me, opening an account at Windows casino from my information at King Solomons and others in the group originally opened through GoneGambling. I was sent my password by snail mail, along with an offer. MY security was not breached, but as I mentioned in another thread, had I moved house in the meantime, I could have had someone else "steal" this account and misuse it for "money laundering" while your group assumed it was me playing still.
I DID play Windows in the end, for a while anyway, but soon realised that the T & C were SO HARSH, even compared to King Solomons, that I was incredibly lucky to have done as well as I did, and quit.
In perspective, the OP complained bitterly of the 70% slots bonus wityh 20x playthrough, well, at Windows, it is NON CASHABLE bonus and a 50x playthrough, with only SLOTS being allowed for the most part. I even saw a 10% bonus with 25x playthrough on D+B, and the bonus was also non-cashable. Is it any wonder why players do not think highly of casinos in this group.
Microgaming usually has 30x WR on slots, but this is BONUS ONLY, and it is fully CASHABLE - so much of my play is with MG. The worst MG of all is Prime, with 80x bonus on slots, and 800x on Blackjack, and nothing else counts. The bonus is at least cashable, and they are plentiful, running on the Palace Group promotional model for VIP's, but for ordinary players at Prime.
RTG itself is part of the problem. It is known that operators can adjust the payouts of the game, so they have to be trusted when they claim not to have done so. With MG, the qusetion does not arise, as there are no operator tweaks available to change game payouts, all MG operators have are the options with the MG bonus system, and what they choose to offer, and to whom.
