Is the casino processing on schedule for new withdrawals? As I am a VIP and can flush account, I would like to know if the service I will receive now will be the same as it was - 24-48 hours to show up in my QT account. I don't think that you and Simon Says or John and TIV are being singled out for bitching. It is just the fact that you and John have made yourself available to this forum while the other reps have not and they have let you take all the flak from this problem. I applaud the both of you for taking time, whether issues are fixed or not, to address this forum and try to help.

Obviously, if you could make things better, you would. I hate to see a good group of casinos get blackballed because of this but you must understand why it is happening. People will wait a week, maybe two, but after that they stuff hits the fan. I truly hope that everything gets cleared up and back on track.
